Foundational
Learn all about VC & entrepreneurship from MBA professionals and industry professionals. Venture markets and fund mechanics, how a startup defends its position, what a founder conversation is really testing, and how an investment case is written so it survives being argued with.
Applied
Act as a scout for a real fund and bring findings back to the education meetings. Everything from founder sourcing to due diligence to actionable investment reports. The perfect chance to test your skills in action.
Where you start
Junior Analyst
Every member starts off in our Education program while supporting the Impact team.
Impact & Venture work
Once they graduate from the Education program, associates can deepen their involvement in running our fund through the Impact team, or join partner funds through our Venture team, working across research, sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support.
Our Community
Our group brings together peers from many diverse backgrounds who share a common interest in supporting ventures. When you join DVCG, you become part of a tight-knit community of people who enjoy spending time together and supporting one another.
What membership includes
Training from MBA faculty
Receive training directly from MBA professors and industry experts, learning how to read venture markets, understand fund mechanics, assess defensibility, and build and defend an investment case.
The network
Get the opportunity to attend venture conferences, meet fund managers and founders, and build relationships with our partners and others across the group.
The experience
Members get the opportunity to interview real founders, run diligence, and write memos that influence real funding decisions.
